Compact Programmable LED Flood Curing System
The SkyRay 800 is a compact, microprocessor-controlled LED flood curing system designed for efficient and flexible operation. Its all-in-one design integrates key components into a compact lamp head, simplifying installation and eliminating the need for separate controllers or cooling units. The system delivers uniform illumination across a 5 × 5 inch curing area using high-intensity, long-life solid-state LEDs. An integrated timer, adjustable intensity settings, LCD display, and sealed keypad provide precise control, making programming, monitoring, and curing operations simple, accurate, and user-friendly.

System Timers
Duration of curing is controlled by a 1 to 9999 second timer that turns off the LEDs and beeps after exposure is complete. The timer can alternatively be switched to a 1-to-9999-hour mode for use in artificial aging or other long exposure applications
Adjustable Lamp Intensity
User-adjustable intensity settings allow optimized curing performance for different materials, while password protection secures system parameters.
Remote Connectivity
Supports RS232 and RS485 communication for remote operation, system monitoring, and networking multiple units together.
External Logic Interface
