V51 Needle Valve
The V51 Needle Valve is a pneumatically operated precision dispensing valve designed for accurate and repeatable dispensing of low to medium viscosity fluids. Featuring a stainless steel needle shutoff mechanism positioned close to the dispense outlet, the valve minimizes dead fluid volume and ensures clean, controlled dispensing performance.
Engineered for micro-volume applications, the V51 can dispense deposits as small as 0.001 cc with excellent consistency. Spring-loaded PTFE needle packings automatically compensate for wear, reducing maintenance requirements and extending service life. It is ideal for dispensing solvents, oils, silicones, UV adhesives, inks, and similar industrial fluids.
