Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer with a strong background in industrial automation and machine manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, electrical control system design, panel designing, troubleshooting and the independent execution of multiple automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test and modify PLC programs for industrial automation systems and special-purpose machines.
- Design electrical control panels and prepare electrical control system layouts.
- Read, understand and prepare electrical drawings and schematics.
- Handle automation projects independently, from planning through commissioning.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth project execution and coordination with mechanical, electrical, assembly and customer teams.
- Select suitable electrical and control components and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Perform online and offline troubleshooting of PLC programs and control systems.
- Conduct machine installation, testing, commissioning and support activities at customer locations.
- Provide timely technical support and resolve programming-related issues.
- Maintain proper project documentation, program backups and technical records.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering will be preferred.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in industrial automation or machine manufacturing.
- Strong experience in PLC programming and electrical control systems.
- Hands-on programming experience with PLC platforms such as:
- Mitsubishi
- Delta
- Siemens
- Omron
- Other commonly used industrial PLC platforms
- Knowledge of HMI programming, industrial communication and control panel design will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and control schematics.
- Good knowledge of selecting electrical and control components and preparing BOMs.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve program-related issues quickly, both online and offline.
- Experience in handling multiple projects and independently executing complete automation projects.
- Familiarity with major industrial areas and customer locations will be an advantage.

Location Preference
Candidates residing in or near Manesar, Gurugram, Dharuhera, Rewari, Bhiwadi or nearby areas will be preferred due to the factory location in Sector 7, IMT Manesar.
