UEAPL is a 100% subsidiary of New Dispensing Automation Private Limited. Founded on May 2022, UEAPL is a leading manufacturing and automation company located at one of India’s one of the renowned industrial manufacturing hub , IMT Manesar, Gurugram. Strategically positioned, UEAPL is equipped to deliver high-quality automation solutions and precision-engineered machinery to a wide range of industries.

UEAPL serves as the dedicated manufacturing arm for advanced automation systems and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). Over the years, the company has successfully designed, manufactured, and executed more than 100 Special Purpose Machines for customers across diverse industry segments.

Automated Meter Testing Line

Our team brings deep, hands-on experience in designing and commissioning automated meter testing systems — spanning high-precision electrical test circuits, PLC-based sequence logic, motion control, and SCADA/MIS integration. We have worked directly with meter manufacturers and utilities, which means our systems are practical on the shop floor, not just technically sound. Deployed lines consistently achieve 600+ meters per shift with minimal operator intervention, and the team has a proven track record of adapting these architectures to new meter generations, mixed-model requirements, and evolving regulatory mandates.

Two-Wheeler  Key Lock Assembly Line

NDAPL’s two-wheeler key lock assembly line is a purpose-built, 18-station system arranged on a flexi-link conveyor in a compact 16m x 2.5m oval layout. Sixteen manual stations carry out sequential child-part assembly through to final product build, while two automated stations use Mitsubishi SCARA robots for precision screw-fastening. Select stations incorporate ATEQ-based pneumatic leak testing and complete assembly functional testing to validate every unit before pack-out. The entire line runs at 2880 assemblies per shift, with all station data centralised on NDAPL’s proprietary VB-based software and integrated directly with the customer facility’s MES for real-time traceability.

EV Battery Pack Robotic 2K Epoxy Dispensing Line

NDAPL designs and builds robotic 2K epoxy dispensing lines purpose-built for EV battery pack assembly — integrating SCARA motion, precision resin-hardener metering, and centralised process data on a single platform. Our lines run bottom and top dispensing stations in parallel to sustain up to 1000 assemblies/day, with every batch and trajectory logged on our Visual Basic software and synchronised with the customer facility’s MES for full production traceability.

Fully Automatic Conformal Coating Machine

NDAPL has engineered India’s first fully automatic conformal coating machine, designed and built entirely in-house. Our expertise spans precision fluid dispensing, multi-axis motion control, machine vision inspection, and PLC/SCADA-based automation, developed over years of building automated process and test lines for electronics manufacturing. Integrating full and selective coating, dual-side processing, in-line curing, and vision inspection within a single 6-metre platform reflects deep application knowledge of PCB assembly workflows. Backed by centralised software and MES integration, our systems are engineered for real shop-floor conditions, delivering reliable, repeatable, and fully traceable production at scale.

Automotive Micro Switch Assembly Line

Our team brings deep, hands-on experience designing and commissioning rotary-indexer assembly lines — PLC-based indexing, servo press/clinch control, auto glue dispensing, ATEQ leak-test integration — achieving 3,600 assemblies/shift with minimal operator intervention
